Head Chef Jared brings a touch of formal, and sophistication to a menu in our Beautiful Restaurant on Friday and Saturday Nights by reservation only. His complex recipes allow BlackJax to create unique experiences throughout the venue. These specific events are designed to be a 3+ hour experience with a professional staff to compliment the event. The last weekend of every month showcases an International Cuisine. The menu is exclusive to our private restaurant space.  Our Tavern is open 365 days a year, and our Tavern menu, complete with our regular entrees, is always available.
