This Valentines Day spend time with the one you love the most at BlackJax. We have created a Romantic, and Exciting event for you and your Significant other.

The Package:

• Cocktail Hour @ 5:30/6:30/7:30:    You will start the night off with a private table for 2 at the bar area in our banquet room. Course 1 will include a complimentary cocktail, and butler hors d’oeuvres which include:
  • Cherry Poppers -cherry tomatoes stuffed with sausage and cheese, wrapped in crispy wonton
  • Hamachi Tartare -avocado mousse, wakame, radish, chili emulsion, lemon oil, served on grilled baguette
  • Peri Peri Chicken Lollipops -peri peri sauce, grilled lemon, fresh greens
  • Grilled Oyster Rockerfeller -bacon, spinach, breadcrumb, herb butter
• Soups & or Salads will begin at 6:15/7:15/8:15. You will be taken to your dinner table in the Banquet room where you will enjoy your 2nd course. Selections include:
  • Side by Side Mushroom and Asparagus Soup-topped with grilled asparagus and mushrooms
  • Roasted Beet Salad-goat cheese mousse, arugula, lemon oil, pistachio powder
  • Lighthouse Salad-egg cooked in toast, arugula, grilled asparagus, bacon lardon, red wine vinaigrette
• Your 3rd Course will begin at 6:30/7:30/8:30. Your main course options include:
  • Beef Wellington -duck fat fingerling potatoes, broccolini, port wine reduction
  • Confit Duck Breast -herb-goat cheese polenta, grilled asparagus, blackberry sauce
  • Herb Roasted Leg of Lamb -grilled figs, creamy risotto, salad of arugula and mint with aged balsamic
  • Lobster Ravioli -peas, fennel, tomatoes, lemon-saffron cream sauce
• Your 4th and final course will be at 7:00/8:00/9:00, and include Dessert for sharing:
  • Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake -hazelnut crumb and chocolate sauce
  • White Chocolate and Raspberry Panna Cotta -candied rose petals, raspberry sauce, rosewater caviar

 

This event was designed to be a 1.5 hour event, and will be available at 5:30, 6:30 & 7:30PM

Tickets are $75 per person, and include Your 4 course package, 1 complimentary drink, and a photo booth with pictures that will print immediately.
