Our Pasta is made fresh by hand (and with a little help from our mixer). We pride ourselves on truly bringing you fresh, scratch cooked products that you can trust. We truly care about our food, and our customers.

Our Signature Rib Sandwich debuts on our Spring 2022 Menu. Topped with Red Onion, Pickles, and BBQ Sauce, it is sure to make your mouth water. We are excited to showcase our new spicy Jalapeno fries too. Wait till you see what we’ve been cookin’!

The Cheese-Steak is a staple on our menu. We have built a new style of cheese-steak that will debut on our new menu due to release in the 3rd week of April 2022.

Comedy Night in the banquet room is always a great time. We serve a special menu with items not normally found on our regular menu. These are great options for something different than the norm. Date night, or just a group of friends getting together, it’s always a good time.

Shrimp Stir Fry Our new menu is coming. NEW low carb options will be showcased on the spring release. Our Chef has prepared a series of new dishes that are sure to keep you wanting more.

The Stone Merchants are a local group of friends that play out a few times a year. You will see them perform at Blackjax once, maybe twice a year, but you will see them in the restaurant regularly. These are our friends, and like Blackjax, they are committed to their community.

Amazing Desserts Our desserts are made from scratch, even the Gelato. We take pride in making the best products we can, and invite you to try something amazing.

Charcuterie Our Special charcuterie boards are a perfect starter when available. We showcase them monthly on our events menus, and often put them on our Chef’s Creations Menu.
