Watson Celtic Pipe and Drum. William Watson, bagpiper, Alison Hill Watson, drummer. St. Patrick’s Day musical veterans with more than 40 years’ experience playing throughout the Delaware Valley and beyond. Winners of various pipe and drum competitions; played for Bono and Ireland’s Poet Laureate Seamus Heaney at the University of Pennsylvania; performed at the Kimmel Center, the Academy of Music, the Wells Fargo Center, the Irish Consulate in New York City; inducted into the Delaware Valley Irish Hall of Fame and marched in the Philadelphia St. Patrick’s Day Ring of Honor.
